SO FAR EVERYTHING IS OK IN THIS APARTMENT. VERY NEAT ANDK CLEAN. THEY ARE CLEANING ROOF AND OUTSIDE THE APARTMENTS AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY. WE ARE HAPPY WITH OUR APARTMENT AND WE ALSO LOVE THE AREA.

Your office staff was extremly helpful and professional. I have attended several events that convince me this was the right place to live. I dont expect to live here forever, but as long you have professionals like Robert, Greg and Nakoya I would be more enticed.

Overall I am sattisfied with the quality of care we have received from Greg Smith, the person who helped us the whole time get everything ready for the move-in. He informed me of an apartment that met our budget needs making sure we got what we wanted. The community is well maintained and clean which is a very big deal to us.

Our leasing agent, Greg Smith, was phenomenal! We were basically ready to sign with another community, and between Greg's friendliness and knowledge and speaking to him several times (and the community being nicer), we chose Stonybrook. We hugely credit Greg, as he made our move and transition as smooth and painless as possible, and always had or found an answer to our questions! In hindsight, I'm glad we chose Stonybrook, and dealing with Greg reaffirms that decision!

Happiest we've ever been here at Stoneybrook, sad we will have to leave soon as we are outgrowing our 3 bedroom apartment, wish they had 4 bedrooms here!

Apartment and grounds are nice, but what keeps me here is the very accomodating, understanding, and responsive office and maintenance staff. Repairs are done same or next day. Staff also tries to get residents involved with seasonal social events which is a nice touch and shows they really care.
