We have lived here for 8 years and we have been continually impressed and pleased with how well maintenance people respond to service calls. Over the years we have seen staff changes but the quality of service of the maintenance staff has remained consistently high.

Jim Clarke my sales assoiate was very professional and helpful, he is always willing to answer any questions. All the sales associates are very professional, nice and helpful.

Overall, this is one of the best places I've lived in. The office staff and maintenance crew are very diligent with service request and service request are usually answered within 2 days. Keep up the good work!!

The apartment was in beautiful shape. We love the location. The leasing office and repair team have been very good about fixing minor problems that have occurred.

Jim from the leasing office was very persistent of making sure everything went well during the moving process. the rest of the staff was also very polite and welcoming. Choosing Savannah lakes was a very choice that I made.

I was (and continue to be) very delighted with the Leasing Associate that worked with me through this entire move. Alyse was the primary reason that I chose Savannah Lakes. Initially, the property was third on my list. Her interest and helpful attitude convinced me to choose this community over two newer properties closer to my new job. I am delighted with the front office. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

i lived at the reserve for 4 years, and when i was ready to leave i search all developments in boynton beach.The staff at the Cove, Shady Brooks, and Savannah was so nice that i knew i had to continue to rent with equity.

Savannah Lakes is a wonderful community to live in, everyone in the office and maintenance is wonderful. The price we pay for the area we live in is next to none, not only are the apartments great but the community is kept magnificently. This is a great place to live for everyone from young couples, to families and the experienced as well.

All that being said the one thing that I think this community has going for it is the maintenance team. They are the best around. I give them a 10 out of 10. My hats off to you gentleman. JOB WELL DONE. I will miss you!

Jim was very professional and responsive throughout my process of finding an apartment and moving. Throughout the many different apartment communities I looked at in the Boynton Beach area, there was no leasing associate more excited and enthusiastic about showing their offerings than Jim was. He is a great, and trusting representative of the Savannah Lakes Apartments and one of the reasons I chose to live there!

James (Jim) was super helpful in making this move into savannah lakes smooth and easy, he handled all the paper work,was very friendly and courteous, he called me everyday to keep me inform me of the application process and made me feel very happy about my decision to move here. after living here a week, I noticed my dining room light was not working, i called the office and spoke to james at around 1pm, by the time i got home at 6pm it was already fixed. wonderful job!, great asset to leasing team here at savannah lakes.

It's a nice apartment complex, very well maintained, the maintenance folks are AWESOME, always on top of things! My apartment is upgraded with new appliance and carpet/tile, more energy efficient, much better than my last unit on the same grounds! Laurie in the office is amazing and really understands how to work with the rental community.

I have lived in the Delray/Boynton area for almost 5 years now, and this is the 4th property I will have lived in, and I can say by far this has been the smoothest and most comfortable move-in. Alyse is great she made the whole process very manageable and comfortable.

THE OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE CREW WERE GREAT. SPECIFICALLY MELINDA THE PROPERTY MANAGER HELPED ME OUT OFTEN. ANYTIME I HAD ISSUE IT WAS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY. ALSO, THE LOCATION AND APT IT SELF WERE GREAT. OVERALL, I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE LOOKING IN THE AREA.
