I enjoyed my stay here. very safe and great staff. i have no complaints at all i would tell other about this community. i am only 21 and moved here alone and ashley lakes made it very safe for me and I felt like I was home.

Living at the Reserve has been a wonderful experiance! As a result of my positive experiance I have recommended to numerous colleagues to reside at the Reserve. My employer is relocating their office to Boynton Beach, and as a result of this relocation 90 percent of employees are seeking to relocated their residence to Boynton Beach

I've lived in a few apartments & this is by far my favorite! I've made my house a home & I love living here! I love the security, the office staff, the constant upkeep & upgrades done, & overall everyone I've run into has been extremely nice & to top it off, my rent price for the size is amazing! Keep it up Equity Residential! :D I'm one happy renter!

I had a good experience with this apartment complex. Sharon Konieczko, the leasing associate was very helpful with this transition. She responded to all phone calls, emails, and questions I had about the apartment. She is one of the best leasing associates that I met, which intrigued me to move to this apartment complex

We have loved living here, we had a beautiful view and the property is always very well maintained. We loved the features of having a washer & dryer in unit and the pool & fitness facility were great perks!

When I went to your property I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer and I must say she was the most helpful, kind, caring, and professional person I had delt with through out my weeks of apartment hunting. The best way for me to describe it is she was top notch and I'm incredibly grateful for all the time she took with us. Again, it was a great experience and I'm glad we chose Reserve at Ashley Lake as our new home.
