I absolutely LOVE the office staff! Jason and John have been the most helpful leasing agents I have ever delt with! When I had a broken freezer upon move-in and bugs in the kitchen, they made sure to take care of my problems TO MY SASTISFACTION

I'm so happy to be part of resident of ARON POINT APT,CAUSE WHEN U LIVING IN THE APT IT'S ALL ABOUT SERVICE I BEEN TO SO MANY PLACES BUT I NEVER SEE OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE WORK LIKE THAT.THEY VERY NICE AND SO RESPECT FULL,ALSO THE MAINTENANCE GUYS THEY WORK NON STOP THEY ALWAYS STOP BY TO CHECK TO SEE IF EVERYTHING IS OKAY EVEN IT'S HOT OUTSIDE.I WANT THE APPRECIATION THAT THEY GIVE ME,THEY GET SAME ON RETURN.THANK U, AND THANK'S FOR THEY STAFF..

Jason and his staff have been great. small issues when i moved in were taken care of right away. i am handicapped and worried about how i was going to be able to get parking close enough to my apartment when they start doing parking lot resurfacing. he called and talked about some different plans and told my what to do and who to get a hold of since he was going to be on vacation and he didnt want me to not have someone to help me.

Staff was always extremely courteous and helpful. All of our maintenance repairs were handled in the minimum time specified. We never waited more than two days for non emergency repairs. The neighborhood was clean and the environment was friendly.

I like it simply because it is pretty much in the middle of two major highways perfect for some one like me who travel those roads a lot..

the staffs are very pleasant. they always there to help you. when you have a request they make sure it get done on time. the maintenance work real hard to satisfy you. they do a great job........ KEEP IT UP STAFF! KEEP GIVING GOOD SERVICE

I am very satisfied with every single staff member at heron point apaertments. The office staff is always on hand whenever i need them and are always there to fulfill my requests. And the maintenance department responds to the emergencies quickly and efficiently. overall i would recommend heron point to anyone that i come across with.
