the staff krysten,jill and jessie were very very helpful as i moved from california to hear and they did everything and then some for me. they were professional, genuine, and had all the answers not just the complex but all around the town. i could not expect a better experience. thank you

This apartment community is in a great location! FAU is only a few minutes away and so are restaurants, grocery stores, and other fun places to go. Jesse Kussack was a great and knowledgeable leasing associate! She is definitely a great asset to this company and made our move-in very pleasant.

I will say for the 18 years I have being living in Boca Raton, this community is very professional, you always see a smile from a staff and everything is very clean and excellent customer service, I am very happy to be here. It is near my work, you guys do an excellent work. Kudos for Bella Vista. Well Done.

We really enjoy living here. The neighbors are great, the apartment has a great layout and we really like the finishes, especially the fireplace and the open kitchen! The location is great. We hope to stay for a long time.

The office staff and all the maintenance staff are awesome very friendly and helpful! Being our first time living outside of Va, The personal at Bella Vista have been very welcomed and offer us directions and places to see and visit!

We moved from Va to Fl without even knowing the area we looked online and fell in love. Kristen Riecke was AWESOME not knowning us she was wonderful we talked through emails and phone calls. When were late arriving she was concern! The whole staff here is wonderful they don't blink a eye to help with anything. I know its only been a month but WOW very impressed already!

So far I am very satisfied with the community and the service. After move in, there were a few small services that needed to be performed, and the staff was friendly and prompt in handling them. And thank you for the closet space. You should add a question about storage (closet space) extremely important especially when people are inbetween homes.

The office staff at Bella Vista is always very nice and welcoming. It seems as though they are always planning a new way for everyone to get together and socialize. Kristin, Jesse, and Michelle are always so sweet and easy to talk to. I think they are all a huge asset to Equity. I recently had a rent increase and they make it worth every penny to stay living at Bella Vista! Thank you all for being so great!

I am completely satisfied in moving to Bella Vista at Boca Del Mar. i have submitted a few work orders and I am amazed how quickly everything was taken care of( within a few hours of me submitting the work orders).

The office staff here are amazing!!! I feel very comfortable asking them anything and they are extremely conscientous about getting things done. They are also very sweet and welcoming. I LOVE it here!!

Everything was done to my satisfaction and I actually like coming home to my apartment. The development is very well kept and its very warm & inviting. I already referred someone to move here and she is moving to Bella Vista in June 2010.
