I love the convenience of location. I would love it even more if I could upgrade or move to a lower floor apartment mid-term without having to pay additional fees.

I am happy with the community. We moved from Oklahoma, almost 2 years ago. We will remain here until we find the right house for our family. Max, our maintenance man, goes beyond the call of duty to make everyone happy.

Although the price of rent is important to me, but equally as important is how friendly and professional the property manager and office staff are. I look forward to living in my community for years to come. Ashley, Lacey, Brian, and Max -- I love you.

The apartment is very comfortable to live in..the amenities very satisfying ..another great aspect of the community is the office staff.their all so helpful and friendly ..the maintenance crew is very attentive and gets things done in a timely manner .Shadow Creek is a very nice and pleasant place to live ..Im happy to be here

The maintenance team rocks! Especially Max, went out of his way to make sure that I am happy when my A/C broke down. The office staff is great, and Ashley, the Shadow Creek manager, is awesome. All people here are always helpful. I have been living here for a few years now and have to say that this place is great!

The office staff and maintenance staff are the best. Ashley McNeil and Lacy are the best. I feel like family when I walk into the office there. They make me feel so welcome here. The maint. staff are the best also.

Lacey did an excellent job getting all the paperwork through and letting us know about the air-conditioner not working before we moved in. We had a window unit and a floor unit to keep us comfortable until we got the new ones in. We got a brand new air-conditioner and it is AWESOME in this Florida heat :) We love living here. It's quiet and we love the area and location.

We love it here!!! Shadow Creek saved my family.As a single mom that had suffered job loss during the economic down turn. I needed a safe affordable place to raise my family.Shadow Creek and the wonderful staff help me in ways I don't think they are aware of Ashley and staff became family and made us feel as though we were not alone.. My sixteen year old son is a good student and excellent basketball player. The on site basketball gym bacame his haven.He is now being recruited by top colleges offering full scholarships. I will forever be greatful to Shadow Creek...Thank You

This was the best apartment I have ever rented. It truthfully is painful to have to leave my wonderful home for a job! I will most likely rent again in the future. The staff at shadow creek is above average! :D
