Really happy with our new apartment at Sabal Palms in Lake Buena Vista. Great location! The leasing manager,Carol, and our leasing consultant Johnathan are great! Very helpful and friendly.

The office staff frpm the Property Manager Carol Green to all the leasing agents Derek ,Adriana,and Johnathon are always excellent. Maintance staff is excellent! Especially George, Richard,and Armando . They stand out more than the other members of the members staff.

FIRST OF ALL, THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ATENTIVE TO ALL OF MY NEEDS, WHICH YOU DO'NT FIND VERY MUCH ANY MORE IN THIS WORLD WE LIVE IN. JUST TO GO IN A TALK WITH THEM ABOUT ANY THING IS GREAT. Carol and her staff are the best. They have gone way out of their way to make our life here better. I think they should receive a reward for the work they do!!!!!! If I ever need an apartment it will be at Sable Palms.

Office staff is great and very accomodating they have even delivered important packages to my apartment when I was notable to. The maintenance staff is freindly and helpful.

I used to live here and moved away for 2 years and now I'm back. I consider sable palm my home n carol n Adrianna r the best and absolutely wonderful!! I should have never left but that's why I came back... I missed my true home!! One suggestion is to get rid of the tennis court that isn't used n put in a small dog park. I have talked to remnants both before and after I left n all feel it's the only real thing that missing from this terrific property... Think it over it would be well worth it and the tennants w pets would greatly appreciate it;-). Overall tho a great place to live n with the apartments being renovated I have a brand new place w energy efficient appliances
