I hope to be able to live here for years to come! The maintenance staff is very friendly, and I feel safe when they come to work on my home. I appreciate the efforts made to keep our complex safe with the pool security.

This has been a great experience for me and my family. The community is very quiet and in a good location. The staff here is more than responsive to the community's needs. Lelah Hughes and Jorge Espinosa have been very attentive and helpful.

I am extremely happy with my entire move in process and I love the property. Lelah and Cassandra were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. George did a fantastic job of conducting the move in inspection with me and made me feel extremely confident in the level of maintenance service that is provided at the property. Overall, I am extremely impressed with Chickasaw Crossing and the professionals that make it an outstanding community.

The maintenance crew and office staff has been very helpful, friendly and work quickly to any service needs. i go to school and work close by so the location is perfect. i also enjoy the landscaping layout trees, pond, etc.

I researched several apartments near the college before chosing one. On the day that I visited Chickasaw, I met Lelah Hughes and then went to my other appointments. It was Ms. Hughes' professional and friendly manner that brought me back to Chickasaw. You are fortunate to have her on your staff.

Filled this out because Lelah seems very appreciative of her renters, a most genuine kind employee to have; it really makes a difference. Along with Jason and Chris, I'm very pleased with the office staff and actually enjoy their sociability. With my tight schedule, I was not able to visit any of the apartments with the floor plan I had planned to move into, so Chris called the higher-ups and requested if I may enter an in-the-works apartment. I now reside in that same apartment. Thank you so much!

The maintenance team was awesome and friendly (especially the employee from Brazil). I never experienced any problems criminal activity and that tranquility was priceless.

Not only is the office staff great, but maintenance is wonderful as well. They are always very helpful and prompt, and it made the moving experience that much easier. I have only lived in one other apartment, but I have lived in numerous communities and so far I am very satisfied with my living conditions here. I was initially looking for affordable living while paying down student loans, but I got much more than what I was expecting.

Overall, a great place to live. The maintenance guys are quick to respond(although I've rarely needed them). The office staff is always friendly and helpful.

My husband and I moved in here almost 2 years ago and have enjoyed living here more than the 32 years we lived in our own home! This is our home now. I just wish there were Equity Apartments in Indiana!
