The office staff is friendly, yet professional. All issues are handled immediately and they always have dog treats in the office. You will not find a better company in Orlando!

I have lived at the Enclaves at Lake Underhill for 8 years which of itself explains my satisfaction with this community and the fact that I have regarded it as a safe and comfortable place to live for a number of years.

--The manager and staff seem very friendly. --I appreciate that the grounds are well-maintained. My friends have commented about this too. It's very inviting. --A few more recycling bins would help.

Bryce Robbins goes far above and beyond his job in making the Enclave at Lake Underhill a community. When residents walk by the office or check their mail he makes a point to come out and say hello, and find out how things are going. I moved to Orlando from another state in August and Bryce gave me insight on where to eat, where to go out, where to work out, places and activities to meet people... he made sure I was very satisfied with my new home.

The apartment is great! One of us broke the faucet in the shower the first night we moved in (on a weekend night) and someone came over and fixed it right away, which was great! Also, Bryce has been extremely helpful and welcoming to the apartment. He has made us feel right at home since the second I came to see the place for the first time. He is very personable and really is a big reason why we felt so comfortable choosing this as our place to live within just a couple hours of seeing the place for the first time. The Enclave is really lucky to have such a hardworking and eager to please person working for them, because he goes the extra mile for people, which is hard to come by these days. We love the apartment and community, and we are very happy we chose the Enclave.

Bryce was extremely helpful. He came in early on my move-in day to ensure my apartment was in excellent move-in condition and I was ready to go by time my moving truck arrived. I have recommended The Enclave to a close friend and told him to make sure that he asks for Bryce.

Generally, everything went very well. A couple of things weren't explained when I moved in (handling of trash and recyclables, for example), but that was relatively minor. Great place to live so far!

We feel comfortable here, the location is good for both of us. Of course we would like to eventually buy a house, but until then we are happy here.

I am VERY pleased with my decision to move into The Enclave. It has been the environment that I hoped it would be ... and more. Bryce was very helpful through the move-in process and the few maintenance issues were solved within hours of my request. The complex is always well maintained and the office staff always very pleasant and helpful.

Awesome office staff. Needed a place quick. I came in on Thursday evening look at the model apartment and by Friday afternoon had the keys, was such a relief no stress Very helpful... Love it here.

I love this apartment complex because its centrally located, the amenities, and that it is situated between two lakes (one that has a fitness trail). The office staff is always courteous and quick to resolve any problems. The maintenance always quickly fixes service issues, and they always have a professional and friendly demeanor. I always recommend The Enclave when I hear people looking for an apartment complex to live in.

Ive have a very good experience with the community and the property managers I have dealt with. The staff has been very professional and very attentive to my needs in a timely manner. So far my living experience has been very satisfying.
