The leasing staff was absoutely great in helping me an my fiance move in...and they are a great bunch of folks who seem to really care about the people that live here, which is something that isnt very common anymore. shannon and Preston are great and I feel i can talk to them about anything involving the apt and they will work with me to get it squared away.

The staff are very personable and professional. The community is in a great location being right next to I-4, minutes from most major destinations. I would recommend this community to friends and family if they were interested in an apartment.

I would like to alert you of how great the staff is here even during the transition of different staff members service hasnt suffered one bit. From Jessica and preston In in the office to kelvin and saul in maintenance everyone is helpful and friendly. Its great to live somewhere where it feels as if the staff truely cares for you.

By far the best apartment living ever. From the very beginning when we first came into the leasing office to find a new community, we were instantly comfortable with Amy Johnson, and her upbeat and positive attitude, we had no doubt this was the place for us! Since moving in, both the matenience staff and the office staff have been absolutely amazing. We were having our carpets steam cleaned, had no one to take care of our dog, and Amy offered the help of herself and Preston to walk our dog and keep him comfortable until the floors were done. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service and helpfulness. We are happy to call springs colony our home thanks to the wonderful staff of people here and beautiful, lush, landscaped property.

well I feel very lucky to have experienced living here instead of anywhere else,from what I gather from hearing about other properties and their complaints, The staff he is wonderful and even the maintenance staff ask me when in passing any where on the property,if Im having any problems when all the others hide from their tenets at other apartments,so very happy hear and love to brag to my friends how great it is here-lol

I have lived at Springs Colony for 4 1/2 years. The first two years, I shared a 2/2 with a friend and then transferred to a 1/1. Throughout my residency, the office staff has also been open, proactive, helpful, and friendly. I never worry about untended issues with my apartment or in the community because great care is taken to correct problems and maintain a wonderful community. After renewing my lease last year, I received a promotion opportunity that would move me out of state (alas to an area that did not have Equity Residential property). Amy was fabulous!! She and the entire office staff were excited for my opportunity as well as very willing to be flexible with the lease arrangements if the promotion and move occurred. I really appreciated all of the personal service, connection, and work they did along the way. Even though I did not have to move, my confidence that all the employees at Springs Colony are highly invested in every resident was reinforced! When I came home a few weeks ago to my a/c not working, Calvin worked late into the evening to get it fixed. I was willing to spend the night at a friend's house so that he could get home himself, but Calvin was insistent on completing the job and making sure I knew that if there were any problems overnight, the 24 hour emergency number went to him and he would respond immediately. the property is beautiful - I love the trees; the location is great, my apartment is a wonderful place for my cat and I to call our happy home, the entire property staff is devoted to caring for the property and residents. Springs Colony is a 'total package' community!!

I leased without seeing the property, but Amy made the process very easy. She even met me on her day off to make sure that I got moved in okay. So far I love my first apartment.

It is hard in this economy to find a reasonable price, but I am happy living here. I hope to be able to stay another year. I really like the staff!

Springs Colony has been amazing! The office and sstaff and maintenance team are always giving 110%. The property has been updated and upgradded in the two years I have lived here and it looks beautiful. The grounds are always kept clean and inviting. The community is safe and any issue was resolved in a timely and friendly manner. Best safe working with Equity!!! (and I've lived in 3 Equity rental locations!) Springs Colony staff takes the cake on the best!!

Your office staff and maintenance service have been the best. And because of that if I ever need to rent an apartment you will see back. And I would like to thank everyone at spring colon apt. for the best stay ever and will miss the staff and everthing they have helped me with and have done for me. I have never stayed any where that I was so happy. Hats off to your staff and maintenance service.

I loved living at Springs Colony. It was a nice and safe environment and I enjoyed every minute. Lori and Amy are the best two property managers I have every experienced. The maintenance staff are quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks for everything.
