Anytime I had any problems in my apartment the maintenece staff were proficient. The office staff are all helpful when I need assistance.

I'm extremely happy with this apartment community, its a very comfortable place and offer walking distance to shopping center, bank and grocery stores. On top of that the office Staff members are very professional and always availeble if I need them. Thank you!

I accidentally erased the survey before completing it in English, so I opted for the Spanish. I do want to submit my answers especially because I am extremely happy here, and mostly it is because of the wonderful management and staff. On September 2 it will mark my 9th year in Hammocks Place and I continue to be impressed by the effort, professionalism and commitment of Equity to maintain and support a beautiful and pleasant community. The way the grounds are maintain and the constant and consistent effort of the staff to upkeep the property is commendable. Thank you very much.

I have no complaints. This community tops any expectations I had when I first moved in. The office staff is phenomenal, the maintenance is very well kept up and we have the best neighbors.

Having only moved three times in my life I was unfamiliar with the whole process. Natalie and Karen made the transition simple and comfortable for me as I am disabled and had just about given up all hope of ever finding and being happy in my new place. I hope this is the beginning of a long and joyous relationship, thank you for seeing to it that everyone is professional and courteous.

We've had bad experiences in the past with apartments and we are very satisfied with our apartment now. Every-time we have questions or we send a maintenance request we receive an answer immediately.
