I am very happy with my experience here at Kings Colony. The Office and maintenance staff is very professional, helpful and courteous. The property exterior is always taken care of and clean, lawn and paint always looks fresh. Maintenance is very quick to respond and resolve any issue that arise. The apartment itself is great, spacious and feels like home. I would rate this community a 9. To make a 10 it would be great if there were assigned parking, at least 1 per unit. Never the less, it’s a great place to call home! :)

Diana Delgado was amazing through out the entire move in process. She was always making sure everything was good. Her great customer service, dedication, kindness and trustworthiness really made me feel as if though Kings Colony would be the right place for me. She made it HOME.

I saw approximately 50 apartments/locations before moving. I considered: location, price, courtesy of the leasing office personnel and responsibility/promptness in repairs. There was another location I liked very much in the area. What finally made my decision for Kings Colony was how well kept and clean the community was kept. I have been here for less than a month and so far I am very satisfied with my decision.

We really like how easy it is to use the online Equity Residential web site to communicate any services, maintenance, and the flexibility we have to make online rent payments.
