Karen and her staff are all intimately involved in every aspect of the community. It makes you feel proud to live in such a organized community. I have recommended many friends and family to this complex. I will continue to do so, most of all you can tell that they really care about everything they all do. that makes a big difference in a place you want to live.

Though I checked price is the most important (which is ...) I just wabt to say the office staff here are extremely nice and attentive. The manager, Karen, is always available, easy to speak with...and eager to help.

Estoy viviendo aquí por ocho años, tengo muy buenos recuerdos, mis posibilidades económicas no me permitían vivir en una casa mas grande o en otro lugar, pero soy feliz y agente que trabajo y trabaja aquí, siempre me ayudaron, gracias por todo, y todo aquello que parece no estar bien es solo como uno lo quiere ver, una ves mas gracias, por acogerme y ayudarme.

I am pleased living in Promenade, the only issue I had in the past is that the enforcement of the rules of the property were not very efficient, now a days these rules are taking care off by the actual Manager Karen. Now,I can trust that the mutual respect and consideration between the neighbors are taken seriously.

Karen Thompson, is so wonderful! She is so diligent, she went beyound the call of duty, having the pine trees cut around the pool to bring in the sunshine after many years. She manages to keep this property in prestine condition! The maintance staff here Tim, Carlos and Andres are impecable, friendly and right on top of every service request! They are completed in record time! I will miss everyone here very much!!

I've lived here for several years. This management group is the best I've ever seen in any development. They are friendly, welcoming and confident in filling all of my needs when it comes to a development that I want to live in. Karen leads a great team. When people do extraordinary job I feel that it should be mentioned.

Me siento como en familia, solo espero que cuando me toque renovar tenga consideracion ya que eh escuchado varios vecinos quejando del aumento. Karen la property manager es un amor muy atenta y amable, Lulu lo mejor y Clint igual . estoy muy agradecido con todos. El servicio de mantenimiento es extraordinario.
