The office staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Jennifer Acco was the best and will be seriously missed. The maintenance staff is always on time with requests and very helpful. I think a playground for children would be a great addition to the community.

The office was very helpful and made sure we were and are taken care of. The maintenance is wonderful and have been on time to service our needs. This apartment complex is a joy to live in and very neighbor friendly. My family and I are 110% satisfied.

Very satisfied customer. I feel safe at my community and as a single mother that's very important to me. The community officer (Sara) is always patroling around which makes me feel even more at ease.

I have been very satisfied living in the Waterford. The property is well taken care of the office and maintance staff are great. The complex stays quiet. I have never been disturbed for silly things and there are no multiple monthly fees my rent is always to same. Compared to previous apartment living experiences this has been the best.
