The office and maintenance staff are awesome. I have put in two maintenance requests in the past two months or so and both were fixed the same day with no hassle. The office staff are also all very friendly and helpful when I have questions. The location (close to NAS Jax) and price cannot be beat. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience here. I have lived in apartments all over the country and this is hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I have rented apartments for me and my employees for a long time and manager, Nicole Kline, is the best I have ever seen, she cares about the property like it was her own and the people like we are family, any concern I have ever had she made sure it was taken care of immediately. The staff here is very professional and helpful. Very friendly and quick to respond to every issue I had. Nice pool area and decent workout area and tennis courts. For the size of rooms, price, location, great staff, I highly recommend Mariners Wharf.

The office staff are excellent, courteous and extremely open. They made me want to live here and had the price I needed. I could not imagine living anywhere else. Excellent management and office team.

Nicole, Bess, and Mike do a tremendous job of being front office people. They are always quick to greet you when you walk in, always friendly, and are quick to resolve any issues that arise.

Michael was a great help in making our decision a great one. He was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Also, Nicole was a great. She ensured my we left the office with a smile doing her best to accommondate our needs. Mariner's Wharf is by far the best apartment complex in Orange Park, FL and very military friendly. Overall the my apartment experience with Mariners Wharf Orange park is great. I do recommend it to friends. Any issues are immediatly responded to. For the price, location, and community features, it really can't be beat. Thank you.

My entire experience here has been fantastic and the apartment managers worked very hard to make sure I was happy. The few issues with my apartment I had upon move-in were fixed the same day. I have already recommended this apartment to a few of my friends who are looking to move. Mariner's Wharf hands-down has the best customer service of any apartment I have ever lived in.

Mariners wharf has been an awesome place to live for my family. Neighbors are friendly, the staff was very professional, and the location was perfect. we've lived at 3 other locations in the area and by far this has been the best! I would DEFINITELY recommend Mariners Wharf to families of military or non-military.

My hot water heater broke down recently and flooded the other apartments below me and the maintenance guy was very dedicated and helpful to fixing the problem. I am thankful.
