The office staff is always changing and never very friendly. no way to contact the courteous officer after hours. The maintenance service is always very FRIENDLY and get work orders down in a timely manor. Very happy with the maintenance work and prompt attention to matter,.

I have enjoyed living at Country Club Lake Apartments I am sad I have to move. The staff, maintenance service and apartment were all exceptional. Who knows maybe someday I will return. Thank you for a very pleasurable living experience. Susan Miller

Overall I like the apartment but I have had to contact the office quite a few times to have them to fix things which has been a bit frustrating but the office staff was very professional about getting the problems resolved.

Gina was a great help with finding me an apartment in which I was looking for. Also, she went out of her way the day I moved in to check on me and make sure everything was ok with my new apartment. Her customer service exceeded my expectations. Every place of business needs a Gina!!

We are very satiisfied with the community, office staff and maintenance service. We just need a bigger kitchen and to get it we had to give up the apartment with the best location and view in the whole complex.

I honestly have been very pleased and satisfied with the staff here. Shannon and Whitney have been very good to me and my family. Especially, Shannon in our transition from another Equity Property. I have had the opportunity to live with Equity for a little over 4years and have been loved all the properties I have lived. Thanks Equity Family!

As previously mentioned, overall a wonderful place to live because of location and time to settle in. Have always felt safe, which is very important to me since I do live by myself. The office staff are usually helpful, and respond in a professional manner to residents.

I enjoy living here and always find the staff and maintenance helpful. There have been instances where the mantenance staff have taken care of items beyond my expectations. I do appreciate the help they provide when I have needed it.

Whitney help me so much. I would recommend her to anyone of my friends. She was amazing during the entire process. SHE IS AWESOME!! And really the reason why we chose this complex instead of a competing complex. She was much friendly than the other place. THANKS!!

We have lived here for 1 year 6 months and it has been great. The office staff is nice and helpful, I have never had to wait for service requests. Anything I have ever needed they are quick and easy. The grounds are well kept and I love it here.

All in all we had a great experience moving into Country Club Lakes. When mistakes were made by the leasing agent that was no longer there the office staff was very quick to come up with a solution. I feel as though we will be happy living here for years to come!
