Danielle and maintenance staff went above and beyond to satisfy our request. That's why we came back to live at the cape house. Resort style living at a great price and location.

After hours maintenance man was excellent...came right away to address an electrical issue and was very pleasant as was office staff during move in

I love this place, is really confortable. Office people an Maintenance service are great. Love The prive I have. The only thing is that I need a room for my office, like a place for a studio but keeping 1 bedroom 1 bathroom.

I have enjoyed living at Cape House for nearly two and half years. I've moved many times in my life, In fact, I seldom stay in one place more than a year or so. It says a lot about this apartment community and staff that I've stayed as long as I have.

I am absolutely thrilled with almost all aspects of this apartment community and its staff, I tell anyone that's interested in a new place about Cape House. However, one thing I noticed as well as a couple of other neighbors, is that Phase II has two lighted fountains in their lake that are visable to virtually all its residents, but as far as the majority of residents in Phase I there are no fountains in view. I think that there is one around the corner viewable only to the residents of building 10. To add to the aesthetics as well as enhance the desirability of lakeside leases, it would be great to have similar lighted water features afforded to residents in Phase II. That would be equitable to all. Thank you for your consideration!

My apartment gives me a feeling of home. I love my home with great neighbors and a family surrounding.
