Thank you for letting us be part of your residents. We love being here! Deserie (I appologize if I mispelled that) was very helpful and answered our many questions before the move in day. The apartment was very clean and smelled very welcoming. We had to have our ceiling fan replaced this week and your maintence did a wonderful job he even fixed our front door (that was sticking a little bit) we didn't even have to ask and he went ahead and fixed the door were it shuts more smoothly it's the attention to detail that we love!!! Thank you very much!

It has been a great experience so far, we had a small issue the first week but maintence was here within minutes to assist and the staff and maintenance are very helpful. If it continues like this my husband and I plan to stay here until we are too old to be independent...LOL

We have thoroughly enjoyed living here. Everyone on staff is great, especially Desiree. She really made us feel like residents, and not just an apartment number. Should we ever find ourselves back in Jacksonville we will come to Bermuda Cove first.

the bermuda cove comlpex has so far been a great experiance for me. i love my apt and the location of it and for the price. and the staff is awsome!!!!! i tell everyone about that place!

The employee who worked with us on finalzing our lease, Desiree, was amazing. Her professional attitude was top-notch, and she listened to our needs and really understood what we were looking for. She is absolutely wonderful!
