My first apartment move in was a great experience. Chris was my main point of contact from beginning to end, and he was extremely helpful, understanding, and professional the entire process. Holly and Rob were also great to work with. I am also pleased that the minor fixes I requested to be fixed in the apartment were addressed immediately. I have been here 3 weeks and I am very satisfied with how it is going. Thanks to the great office/maintenance staff for everything so far! I definitely look forward to renewing my lease here!

The office staff is always helpful and gracious. We have never lived in a place where this is always true. And the maintenance are always there for you. We have always had good experiences with all the staff here. And our neighbors agree. Thank you for all your consideration and help.

we really enjoy living in this community but, the price of rent seems to be getting very high considering the space. Amenities are great and service is wonderful. we really enjoy living here.

This is actually my first apartment in Jacksonville, and I love where I am now. This community is close to work, church, and all my friends are in this Southside area. I love it. I know I will be here for a few years. Wimberly of Deerwood is great. And the people around is wonderful. Thank you for all you guys do.

The maintenance staff was wonderful at this complex. The office staff was good as well but often took several phone calls to resolve an issue. At the end of the day, they always took care of it and were friendly.

This is a GREAT apartment community. We enjoyed the location, the price, the office staff, the maintenance service, the neighbors, the parking, the courtesy officer, and the valet trash service. This was exactly what we were looking for in Jacksonville.
