I have been extremely pleased with management and maintenance service. I sent an email to see if maintenance could assist with hooking up my dryer, which, really wasn't their responsibility--and it was done the same day when I got home from work. Special thanks to Herman! Overall, I have been very happy living here.

I was very happy with the way the office staff was very helpful with my move in. They made me feel welcome and comfortable in my new apartment.

This is a very nice community Mauri Vaughn was my leasing agent she was very professional and at the same time gives you that welcome feeling

Our new property manager, Jennifer Acco, is a very kind and welcoming woman. I really enjoyed meeting her and am looking forward to seeing her at the apartments.

The office staff(Marui) at the waterford at deerpark was super helpful. She made my move in process extremely easy and she was very understanding to any issues I had.

For the year and a 1/2 that I have been living here, I have enjoyed my apartment. Unless something catastrophic happens I plan on renewing my lease for a third year in June.

I've lived in waterford at deerwood apartments for 3 years and during that time I found the location was great. The staff were professional as well as friendly. I hope in the future if I am in need to find another place to call home that the Waterford of Deerwood, welcomes me again especially in current apartment.

The only problem that I had was that it took a few days to get my locked fixed. But when I brought it back up to the office staff, they got maitenance on it immediatley. Other than that, I have had a good move in experience & would recommend the community to others. Everything is nice & well kept. I am currently on the waiting list to have my porch screen in. After that I will be satisfied & happy!

I am very satisfied with all the accommodations made and the cleanliness in which I found my apartment upon move-in. The staff is courteous and very responsive. I plan on staying for a long time. Love the community as well...everything is at my disposal...it feels urban yet quaint with a sense of nature.
