i would like to say that Denis Grimez is very very nice and he help us move into our new apartment sooner then expected we also notice a few issues and wanted some added shelves and he was in our apartment so soon that it was unbelievable and he did the job in a very hasty and timly manner he is a great part to welleby lake club having a great maintance man is something i would take great pride of because there arnt many like Denis

Natalia was wonderful in this experience. Since I had to do this remotely, she even took the time to photograph and send videos of the apartment I would be renting. She went so far as to offer to stock the refrigerator and purchase a microwave if we needed it. We were very satisfied with the service received from Natalia.
