I enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. If I didn't have to move, I'd continue renting here, but my school term has ended and I am moving back to California.

I have been living in my apartment for almost 7 months and so far the experience has been wonderful. I would like to stay here until I am able to purchase my own home. Thank you for all the hard work everyone has put to accomodate us.

I think that the whole process of moving in, the enlightening staff at the leasing office is great. I love the benches and pool area that you are able to sit in. Overall I think it is a great place.

I am very pleased with all aspects of living at Gatehouse on the Green. The location is extremely convenient to gaining access to the north and to the south. The apartment itself is a major reason for my decision to continue to live here. Having a private washer/dryer is of extreme importance to me. Finally, the management and staff have always made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Very quiet place to live... Well lit so when you go out in the evening....size of the apartments... up keep is very good....have enjoyed my stay here and plan on being here for another year...

Well times are hard for everyone right now but my family an I are very happy that gatehouse on the green is very affordable for us and we are very great full.

I am so happy with my apartment, and I am thrilled with how accommodating the office staff are. They were so helpful in the process of getting me into my new apartment and working as quickly as possible to accommodate my need to get out of my past living situation. Since moving in, I have only become more comfortable and happier with my decision to live here. Thank you for all you have done to make my new home a great place to live.

I am totally satisfied with our apartment home here at GOTG! The staff is friendly and professional, and always ready and willing to help whenever I have an issue that needs assistance. I especially like the online service request because no matter when something needs fixing, I can notify GOTG right away and know that someone will be responding. This is my fourth year here and I tell everyone who asks what a great place this is to live!
