A comfortable place to live for a number of years.This is important to me because of the peace and serenity of the complex. This was the type of environment I was looking for when I moved in almost two years ago.

I would like to highly recommend the office manager, Joe. He has done an excellent job in assuring that I am very satisfied with my experience here at The Landings. I cannot say enough good things about him or the way he runs this complex.

I'm overall very satisfied with Equity- Landings at Pembroke Lakes. I moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, instead of moving somewhere else.

I have been in contact with Neha continuously from the beginning when I went in to view the apartment until now whenever we have any questions. We appreciate her assistance. Overall, service requests are completed in a timely manner and we have taken full advantage of the community's amenities-pool and gym. Looking forward to continuing our stay with this community.

I am so thankful to have had the pleasure to live in this community. I have moved/traveled to a LOT of places on the East Coast and the staff here are by far the best I've come across. They are so patient and kind and words cannot express how they've made my experience here very satisfying.

Manager Joe Garron and Brittney Brace have been out standing and very professional with getting issues resolved and following up with me during this time. They have gone above and beyond as far as I am concern. I am very impress with the service given.
