NEHA WAS VERY HELPFUL AND CONSDIERATE DURING MY APPLICATION-MOVE IN PROCESS. SHE IS PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY SWEET. SHE IS AN ASSET TO EQUITY RENTALS. ALSO, ROBERT IN MAINTENANCE IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THIRD AND FINAL JOHN WAS PLEASANT AND UNDERSTANDING AT MY TIME OF APPLICATION. A WONDERFUL STAFF.

I have only been here for two months, but overall it has been a pleasant, easy-going transition. The apartment community is beautiful. The leasing office workers, as well as the maintenance men are SO nice and that is very comforting considering they come into your home sometimes when you are not there to fix things per your request. I love the facilities and my view of the intercoastal. The place is well lit at night. And the security is fabulous. I am overall very pleased with this particular apartment community. Thank you Port Royale.

I really enjoy living at Port Royale. Home is a comfortable, peaceful place. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. We are right on the water, so how can it get any better?

Your leasing staff (especially Luchia) are very professional and were most helpful throughout the entire process, from 1st seeing the apartment and all thru my move. Very seldom is that seen nowaday. They were exceptional.

I have never met a leasing agent as helpful as Noreen. Also, Ron has to be the best apt manager I have ever encountered in my life. He send me a wonderful welcoming email after I moved in. I wouldn't live anywhere else. Port Royale feels like home to me and I plan on living here for a long time to come.

I adore Lindsey. She was very patient with throughout a very trying time for me. I required a lot of customer care which she readily provided. When I moved in, the few things that needed tweaking were taken care of immediately. Overall I am very happy with my new home. I tell everyone I live in a huge park, that happens to have a beautiful apartment in it!!

The staff made for a pleasant and smooth transition into a new apartment in a new state. I was able to handle everything over the phone or by email. The community is very beautifully landscaped and in great location to the beach and downtown.
