I would like to say the office staff is fabulous and especially Marla she always helps me with any issues I run into in a timely manner. She's the reason we resigned our lease.

I love this development and the surrounding area!! We are near EVERYTHING!! I feel safe walking alone and with my baby!! It's a kid safe friendly neighborhood!!

It has been such a pleasure living in the community. I absolutely loved my apartment and the location. Plus, the office staff have become like a second family. They are really caring and loving and truly care about their residents. in the future, when i come back to south florida, this will be the only place that i will look at to live.

i love my house,I love sitting on our tiny front porch and how the morning light spills through the palm's leave; I love that our stuff actually fits in this space. I wasn’t sure if we’d be able to fit, but we have plenty of room and more. I love being able to walk a few blocks to a cute, little coffee shop in the morning. I probably won’t be there everyday, but it’s a fun spot to hang out, especially if I want to get out of the house. I love exploring my new neighborhood by bike and by foot. I LOVE MY HOUSE!!!!!

I have never had any problems with the office, but, of course, I always call Mary, she is most helpful and kind. I have never called for help and wasn't totally satified. I love her.
