So far living at Palm Trace has been a pleasure. The atmosphere is wonderful and its always a pleasure to return home. The staff from the office and maintenance dept. have been great and very welcoming since we arrived. I'm glad I chose Palm Trace and Equity Residential to bring me home.

This community has a great staff who is very friendly and responsive. The team (Sharon, Maria, Tracy) provides exceptional service. My leasing agent, Sharon, has been great, she made my decision to move in very easily with her professionalism, upbeat attitude and her ability to provide information when asked. Even after the move she continues to be accessible and always willing to help. Great Staff!! Thank you for making my moving experience pleasurable.

I've moved in about 6 months ago and I'm extremely pleased. The property does a great job with the landscaping and keeping the grounds clean. I'm very happy with my choice to live here and look forward to the future. Thank you & keep up the great work
