I love the fact, there is never a wait for any maintenance issues. The info gets entered in the computer a crew gets dispatched the same day or the next day. Issues are resolved right away. The birthday card the front office leaves at your door. When driving their golf cart around the community, the crew always waives. Overall, the entire staff is friendly and always ready to go above and beyond.

So far it's been one of the easiest and best move-in processes I've dealt with. Having everything available online has really streamlined the rental process. The Jessica Camacho and the rest of the office staff have been phenomenal!

I love this property! It is kept up beatifully and is an extremely comfortable place to live. It is quiet, and peaceful. Maintenance and the office staff have been friendly and for the most part...efficient. Thank you for a good year.

The move for my daughter and I was emotionaly hard coming from a house that was in the family for 50 years, we just couldn't imagine where we'd feel comfortable and safe, but New River Cove felt like home immediately. Carolina Melara was a big part of that process. She was very kind and very helpful. The day she gave me the keys she gave me a hug and said welcome home, your part of the New River Cove family now. That meant alot to me. Thank you

My leasing agent Annie was awesome. Out of all the apartments we saw annie was the only one who left a great impression on us. I wish we had more people like annie in this world. Outgoing, very professional, kind and she always had a smile on her face.

This is one of thenicest apartment communities I have seen in quite some time. Although, I don't often socialize with my neighbors, I have met some very nice people here. As to the Office Staff and the maintenance staff I have been more than pleased with the service I have received. the convenience of the location is amazing, and the price is quite reasonable for everything that this apartment complex has to offer.

The management staff has always been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. If we had not decided to purchase a home, we would have continued to live in New River Cove.
