Eric is amazing! Any time I have a concern or complaint he is swift and polite with his response. Most of all he always make sure to try his hardest to help or fix any problem I have.

Equity Residential is a solid rental community and that is why I chose to transfer to another of your communities (Promenade at Aventura), the staff that I have encountered in either location is absolutely the best

I am very satisfy with your staff member Christina Garcia. She is very professiional, prompt, helpful and courteous. I really enjoy going home now it is a very peaceful and very well maitain enviroment. My kids also love it.

Christina was a pleasure to work with. Given I’m in the middle of a difficult transition, it was her actions that confirmed Sheridan Ocean Club was going to be my new home. She was professional, empathetic and very personable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and would have gladly given a higher score than “very satisfied” on the survey if it let me.

Generally, I have received prompt attention whenever I have made a service call and the office and maintenance staff are professional and reassuring. They are assets to the company.

Leasing associate Eric did an excellent job. Made the application process painless. He was very professional and very helpful. Eric is probably one of thr main reasons I moved here instead of another apartment community.

From the moment we came by to check out the property this place has felt like home and I knew we would be happy here. Eric Rivera, Darius and everyone in the office went above and beyond to make sure we were in the right floorplan, building, etc. We are so happy to call this our HOME.

Erick (our leasing agent) made our transition to apartment living less stressful. We sold our home and while the apartment is a temporary stop over on our way to retirement, it has been a change in lifestyle. We really appreciate how responsive the maintenance team has been...Love the online pay process.
