You have an employee Erick Rivera, He has been unbelievable and has gone above and beyond for us. He has solely made our experience a great one. I really can't say enough about this guy... my advice for you guys is to never let him go he is truly an asset to your company and a great representation to what costumer service is supposed to be like.
