I would like to say that when I first stepped foot in to the leasing office I thought this is the place. I would also like to commend Alex who assisted with my move. He was atentive and professional. He answered all my questions and made my move in seamless. It was great!!!! KUDOS to Alex. Even after the move everyone was so attentive, like Frank he made sure all the things I noticed were taken care of. I am very happy that I made the choice to stay at Promande at Wyndam.

Everyone in the management office is very professional and friendly. Service requests are always handled in a timely manner. I am very satisfied living here.

The upkeep of the community by staff is excellent. I filed an online service request for air conditioner problems on a sunday, air cond. was repaired within 24 hours-Great Service. The office staff is always polite, helpful, and proficient in all requests. Very proud to be a member of this community. Keep up the stellar work!

My overall experience has been positive. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional and very responsive. The property is well maintained and I am happy I chose the Promenade at Wyndham Lakes as my new home.

It is stressful enough relocating 1200 + miles to a new job. My time frame to relocate kept adjusting every few days/weeks for almost a month. Added in is a new place to live that you have only seen pics of and heard how wonderful it is from three amazing people: Jamie, Amy & Tanya. Hoping and trusting in what they say is accurate. And in a world where it seems businesses are only looking out for themselves and will tell you and sell you anything for their profit margin. I found just the opposite to be true here at Coral Ridge-Promenade at Wyndham Lakes!!! The three great ladies mentioned above still live the old school ethic of going the extra mile to ensure that their residents receive a 5 star treatment!!!!!! Their professionalism eased our stress. What seemed to be a problem in our time frame was only an opportunity for the wonderful staff here at Coral Ridge to extend their hands and make it happen for us. I would, without question, recommend the exceptional staff here with the wonderful facilities to anyone in search of a new place to live

I am very happy here and am pleasantly surprised at how clean the place is kept. Any time I have any maintenance it has been fixed as close to immediately as possible. Everyone in the office is super friendly. Love the gym and the pool. No complaints!

We are very pleased with the area and the apartment itself. If I ever need anything or have a question I will call and speak to usualy Dana or sometimes Anna, when I do they are very fast in responding to the request and resolving the iue. hl

Jamie Duckworth and the rest of the staff are excellent and very friendly. Whenever I've had a problem, it has been resolved quickly. I am particularly impressed with the constant improvement you are doing to the complex (e.g. painting, resurfacing the blacktop, painting the garage doors, etc. I hope to live here for a few more years. If I had any requests, it would be for new carpeting and countertops. Other than that, this place is perfect. Thank you.

My whole experience was more than i expected. Jamie and Amy made me feel as though I was an old friend. They were very accomadating and helpful. Darren and Frank on the maintenance staff were very efficient and quick to fix the things that were wrong! It would be very nice if someone from upper management acknowledge them in some way for how wonderful they made me feel about my move in experience. I came from a home that i owned for 15 years and had a lot of apprehension about renting again. Jamie and Amy spent extra time showing the apartment to myself and my daughter several times. They were both extremely patient and answered any questions that we had, and believe me, I had a lot! They are a terrific part of your staff! I am really looking forward to living in this community.

Jamie and her staff are amazing. Helpful, cheerful and they go above and beyond to accomodate time restrictions whenever possible. Julian is the best when it comes to taking care of problems inside the apartment when they arrive. We look forward to many happy years here.

Me and my son love the pool area. The Office staff are always friendly. I would of liked to see small outdoor trash cans attached to the doggy clean up bags.

Office and maintenance staff are very friendly. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond to service requests which is greatly appreciated. The location is perfect for us and have recommended this community to friends of ours who did indeed move in!
