Everything went very well with our move. The entire staff is friendly, and easy to deal with. I actually moved away for a year and returned to this complex because of my familiarity with some of the staff members. I have recommended the complex to some of my friends who are looking. Amy has also been extremely helpful with a few housekeeping issues I have encountered. She went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of, and even made a follow up call to me to confirm that the issue was resolved. I always have been, and now am even more pleased with the service I have received at St Andrews.

Your staff is great, especially Carrie and Chris. They have been instrumental in making our transition from a house to an appartment much better. Carrie from the Leasing Office has been a breath of fresh air. From the very beginning she has been very friendly, professional and proficient! Chris is one of the maintenance crew that does a good job with a smile!

I love it here! Sam, Pam, and Kerrie in the office are wonderful! Chris is great in maintenance, too. I could not be happier. I have no complaints! On page no 1 in case my answers were lost I answered very satisfied on every one.

all I can say from the bottom of my heart this place save my life coming from a bad experience at a previous community like a dead body I will always remember Sth Andrews because the first day i walk into the office samanta who is one of the staff office took me with open arms and heal my spirit body and mind and make feel right at home. Any nice people looking for home sweet home; St Andrews at Winston Park in Coconut Creek, FL is THE place to be.Good for all ages.

This is my first time living on my own and the renting experience can be rather stressful. Kerrie was amazing and made the process as easy as can be. She was so helpful and very caring. Thank you Kerrie and staff. The maintenence crew also responded unbelievable quickly to my problem.

The entire office staff was outstanding and continuously exceeded my expectations. Everyone was warm, friendly and instantly made me feel confident in my decision to move here. My leasing agent Allyse Nieves was professional, informative and most importantly just an overall wonderful woman. I would strongly recommend this community to anyone looking for a positive move-in experience and living environment.
