I am very happy and impressed with the office staff and the maintenance service. They are quick to handle any problem that comes up. The people that live here are friendly. The grounds are well kept. I look foward to many years here with my family.

Best apartment by far! The entire office and maintenance staff are so wonderful and sweet! The best group I've ever met or dealt with! The recent improvements to the roads throughout the community are great! It made the place look even better than it already did! I really do love calling Coconut Palm Club 'home'.

I just had a problem with my washer i called the office and the very next day they sent mauricio ( i have to mention, a very carismatic person with a great and professional attitude) to check the problem. They exchange my washer today to a brand new one, i believe richard was the one that came over and worked really hard in installing my new washer. Great job guys! Maintenance staff have not only knowledge but a great disposition in fullfilling the needs of everyone. Everybody works together as a great team - kelly, vanessa, sherry etc. I am glad to live here!

I love my apt. The staff were very professional, however there were a few things in my apt that were not up to par when I moved in and I had called prior to moving in to check on those things, and when I called the office again the staff did everything in their power to rectify the situation.
