community with a 30-day notice and may be eligible for savings on apartment
rental application fees and other costs.
Rent your way to home ownership
And through our Rent With
Equity® program, you can begin
earning credit toward the purchase of a new home or an Equity Residential®
Condominium even before you graduate. Every dollar you pay in rent earns 15% to
25% in credit, up to 3% of the purchase price. If you share your apartment with
a roommate, you each can earn full credit. (Some restrictions
