I am extremely happy with Omar, the manager of the community on-premise. He has been a good friend of mine and has always helped me when there was a need. I love the proximity of the apt to the shopping centers in norwalk and am glad I made the right choice by staying here

Omar has been wonderful during the entire process--from my 1st visit to move in. He is always cheerful, helpful and respectful. I can honestly say he is a part of the reason I chose Riverview. I felt totally safe and welcomed.

Our experience here with this community is really a good and always a memmorable one. The deck area between the two buildings is a speciality of this Apartment. It is a meeting place for the grown ups as well as a play area for the kids.

It has been a wonderful and enjoyable 3 years staying in this apartment. The office staff and maintenance people were nice and very receptive to all maintenance services. The neighbors are very friendly and sociable. The apartment is close to almost everything that we need.

I am very pleased with the courtesy and responsiveness with both your engineer and assistant property manager. Rebecca Marlowe and Marc are very attentive to the tenant's needs and are a true representation of your mission values. The property is always well maintained and a delight to have fellow colleagues visit the complex. Kudos to your staff, from the cleaning crew to the assistant property manager.

I've had a fantastic experience dealing with Riverview and the leasing Manager, Rebecca Marlowe was a pleasure to deal with. She is very professional, very courteous and patiently took the time to answer many questions that my wife and I had. We are glad we switched to the Riverview Apartments.
