To Whom It May Concern, My family and I have lived there since Feb. of this past year and have nothing but amazing things to say. During the winter our ceilings leaked due to the snow melting on the roof, and they immediately came out and painted. The office staff has been nothing but accommodating to us and all our neighbors are extremely nice. Our daughter is in love with the pool which is also a really nice feature! We look forward to staying with Briar Knoll for several years.

Loved living here! Wish we didn't have to move. Everything was great and well maintained. Perfect place to live and I wish we could take briar knoll and move it with us to our new location! We will miss it very much and it was a great experience!

Ashley and Diana are absolutely PHEMONENIAL. I had a couple of setbacks and they gave me all the assistance and assurance I needed and then some more. Everything worked out well just as they said and I was able to move into my beautiful apartment. The ladies have shown great commitment and caring for the residents and potential residents of Briar Knoll. I hope to live here comfortably for a good while Ashley and Diana are approachable and very professional and very nice ladies too.

Love living here. Never have a problem or an issue with neighbors, property, etc. and always feel safe. For Question #7 I put that a comfortable place to live for a number of years was number 1 (which it is) but price (e.g. rent, other lease terms) is a very close 2nd.

Overall, the management office and the maintenance staff have been absolutely awesome in my years at Briar Knoll. Couldn't recommend them more highly. The structure itself could have used some improvements / updating, but overall the experience was very positive.

The maintenance staff is always very prompt, helpful, and cheerful whenever I am need of assistance. One of the biggest problems where I used to live was that maintenance issues would go on for weeks-- here it usually takes a day. Love it.

The office staff is extremely nice and helpful. I love the apartment. It is clean and has a lot of space. I also love the location. So far everything is great!

Prpoerty Manager ashley was extrememly helpful and very responsive during our move in.It's great to see a real smile when you walk in to Ashley's office rather than a fake smile who see in other places you walk in.

This is one of the nicest complexes I've lived in. I've let a friend know about the complex and she has decided to move over from the Buckland Hills 'dark side'.

Excellent place to live. I would recommend it to anyone I know. We would have stayed for years to come if we were not buying a house. Excellent staff. Can't say enough good things about Ashley, Kellie, Dan, and Russ. They are they best. Always very helpful, friendly, prompt to respond to maintenance requests, informative about things going on in the complex. Just a pleasure to deal with. Love the apartment. Definitely would come back in the future if our lives went in that direction. Thanks to everyone there. I hope they get to see this feedback. They deserve some recognition from corporate for being great. (And no, they didn't put my up to this haha. In fact, when we gave notice, there was no mention of a survey) This is completely genuine. Thanks again!
