Buildings show their age. Hot water wasn't working well at move-in but issue was taken care of promptly.

My apartment is wonderful. With all the windows the apartment is very open and has great light during the day. The community is located in a great area convenient to where I work, and the maintenance staff is great! They always say hi when I see them.

I've lived at Woodbridge in two separate apartments for the past 16 or 17 years (I've forgotten how long it is). The apartment size was perfect, I loved where they were located in the complex and the office staff has been superb since Tara became the manager. I had some issues with the previous management but found Tara to be friendly but professional, quick to respond, concerned with our satisfaction and excellent with communication. She's made the experience much more pleasurable here. The maintenance team has been great as well. I've had issues with ceiling water damage that took several attempts to fix - not their fault, but they were always incredibly fast to respond to any issues I might have, small or large.

I've lived here for 14 or 15 years and love the apartment, the location but most of all, the management team. Tara has been an incredibly response manager who effectively communicates what is happening. Issues are addressed immediately and she's always made herself available to listen, even if it's something beyond her control.

I really enjoy my living here. I find it very cozy and homey. My apartment has everything I was looking for and was financially good for me.

I have to say that Woodbridge apartments has a very satisfy service. They respond immediatly when you have any problems or concern. Also Tara is a very pleasant person , very oriented and friendly. I do enjoy living at Woodbridge apartments.

This a great place to live. It's secure and well maintained. Tara does an excellent job managing things. Over-all condition of the apartments is excellent.
