After looking at a few different apartment complexes, I chose Summit because Misty was great to work with and always available to answer questions via phone, email, texting. Also, complex looked clean, well maintained and organized. It was explained to me that when I moved in, Marco would provide an orientation - (laundry facility, electrical box, garbage removal and storage). Day after I moved in, Marco came by and showed me around and left me an informational brochure with staff and maintenance contact info. About two weeks after moving in, I had small leak under kitchen sink. I sent email to Marco and he responeded immediately. We set up a time to have him repair the leak. He showed up on time and fixed problem very quickly. In addition, I asked Marco if he would put up curtain rods. Without hesitation, he said no problem and would be happy to do that for me. So, yesterday, Marco spent an hour installing curtain rods and made the extra effort when there was some 'issues' i.e. cracked rod holder, needed different tools...He definitely went above and beyond. When setting up a time to meet, he always responds to emails and calls. Thus far, very impressed with the overall service and response from office staff, Misty and Marco and enjoying living at the Summit.

Whenever I call the office with a problem, it is taken care of promptly. The office and maintenance service are very dependable.

Although the location, price and having a comfortable place to live for several years have been very important to me, the most significant factor in my lease renewals over the past 11 years has been the outstanding service and genuine interest of the office staff. Marco and Misty, and recently Angela, have all been very courteous, attentive and responsive to my needs. They are personable, approachable, understanding and supportive. Misty and Angela take the time to listen and answer questions. Marco always goes the extra mile to make sure any requests are completed to my satisfaction. I have never felt like just another customer, but as a valued part of the Summit family. I truly appreciate their service, competence and welcoming attitude.

Price and apartment features are also pretty important to me. I'd like to socialize with neighbors but we're all pretty busy so it doesn't really happen. Quite satisfied overall.

I moved in 6/15/2010, & I have to say that the matinence staff at this community is the absolute best. They make sure everything is taken care of, & if they personally can't do it, they have their contractors handle it the next day. I also am very fond of the property manager. She is awesome! I know living here was the best choice for my family. we are very happy here already.

Although I have not been in my new place for that long --- the property is well maintained and the staff remain pleasant and full of answers when you have questions. Loving my new place and neighbors!

As you can see this has been a very good experience for my husband and myself. We had an issue with one leasing agent not the manager and were able to express our displeasure to the manager, which seems to have improved the behavior of the leasing agent.

It was a pleasure to live at the Summit for the 3 year, The Staff was great, freindly, and very atentive to the residence. I would like to thank them all for making me feel like part of the family.

I am very happy living at the Birch Hill apartments, my cousin and her boyfirend liked our apartment so much that they moved into the Birch Hill apartments as well. We are very happy to have them so close.

We are very happy that we chose such a great place. We have lived here for a little over a month and we are very pleased so far. My new husband and I can finally home that something's that we can call ours. We hope to have many great years of living here to come. Thank you.

I moved into the apartment 2 years ago after an ugly and mean divorce, the apartment was located in a good area, the office staff and maintance staff were very understanding,helpful and supportive to me, they are now I would call freinds and are always there to give a smile or to help as much as they can. they are the reason I am still at the apartment.

maintance service was professional and timely. grounds are beautiful. dog areas with bags and trash recepticals excellent.
