I am very happy with my apartment, and the office staff. Niki and Bill are very friendly, and always resolve any problems I may come across in a quick manner.

Due to age and healh care, I am moving to be across the street from my son; this enables both me and him to keep better track of my daily activities and releives both our minds for future care. I have loved living here and would highly recommend these facilities to anyone who might be interested in an apartment in this area.

Niki was great during our move-in process and we were very satisfied with the service and help that we received. Our dishwasher wasn't working and someone came to look at it within 24 hours and now it is working great. The community is peaceful and we love our new apartment.

The property manager Niki Werth has been amazing from my first email to her until present day! She made finding my first apartment a little less scary and was professional, always available when I emailed her with a question... I can't say enough good things about her. Now my boyfriend has moved in with me and we need more room but are staying with Equity Residential. Everyone I have spoken to from this company is great.

Our move in was so smooth. We absolutely love High Meadow Apartments... It is a nice and quiet area. The places are beautiful and the price is right. The property manager is amazing and will accommodate any need you have. In regards to question number 2, I already have recommended some friends take a look here. Kudos to Niki!

The office staff in phenomenal and has been very kind and understanding (Niki Werth) and patient too. She was a major reason for me (us) choosing to pick this complex. The short term/pet policy was a major attraction but the office staff is what sealed the deal for us. The people here seem nice so far and the place seems well run and fairly priced. Country location is a plus.

It was a very nice interim, to have a cute little apt. with our pets. It was quiet and pleasant. The staff was very nice and made it easier to go to an apartment after living in a home for 25 years. Looking forward to our new home made it an exciting adventure.

My wife and I really enjoy this community with the quick responciveness of the staff, the location of the community, and the price of the rent. My wife and I would recommend this community to our family and friends and let them know that is tuely a nice place to live.

This is my second equity residential apartment community and I love(ed) both of them. The units are cleaned and well maintained and the office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend these communities to anyone!

SO FAR EVERYTHING HAS BEEN GREAT. EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND QUICK IN GETTING ME ANSWERS AND APPROVAL. I WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE.
