We had moved here from another apartment community and we could not be happier with our decision. We spent the year,at our previous property, anticipating the end of our lease. Now we are coming up on one year at Avon Place and the difference in quality, customer service, staff and cleanliness has looking forward to signing another year.

We have been very pleased with everything so far. We love the view of the trees from our living room and balcony and enjoy the chirping of the cardinals and blue jays. The antics of the squirrels and chipmunks provide endless delight! We have nothing to complain about and feel really blessed with this location and apartment community.

since we moved to CT from germany we can't really compare to other apartment locations since we never lived in one of them. Overall we had a good experience, and the staff here was excellent. Thank you !

Location, Apt Features, and Price combined need to be balanced. Avon place provides reasonable value across all three. Apt living is not my first choice for many reasons, however, given the limitations one would experience in any apt setting, I am very satisfied with what is offered here.

I have been coming back to Avonplace for several years in large part because of the professional and caring attitude of Stefany Reardon, property Manager. She is a wonderful person and a very positive example of the commitment of Equity Residential.
