Our time here has been nothing more than delightful, easy, enjoyable and memorable. We have shared Cierra Crest with many friends in the same situation. We want to thank all of the staff for making everyday a delight with their help and friendly faces and spirits. We wish we didn't have to go :-(

The price and location were great reasons to live here. There wasn't a single bad feature to the complex. Friendly staff, always helpful and never negative. Gym was always clean and well taken care of. Maintenance was timely and very good! I would highly highly recommend Cierra Crest to future residents.

Kristianne was very friendly and made the move-in go very smoothly, especially since we held the apartment before seeing it in person (moved from Minnesota). Overall, we are very pleased with the turn out of the apartment and staff.

We have been very satisfied and find the staff to be friendly, helpful and welcoming. Love the location and everyone we have met. The maintenance crew responded immediately to an issue on move-in day and resolved quickly. Thanks for a positive experience.

We had some initial concerns when we first moved in but things were rectified and we are enjoying living here. We in fact did recommend Cierra Crest to a coworker who is moving in on the 12th.

I love living here so much. This is a wonderful apartment community. In the summer the flower arrangements are perfect. The trees and landscaping is always beautiful. I feel safe here. I love that dogs are welcome here. I have used the light rail which is only a 10 minute walk away numerous times for travel to downtown. Inside the apartment, being on the top floor I really appreciate the high ceilings. I love having a fireplace nestled in the corner of the living room, automatic ice machine, lots of storage space in the kitchen, microwave above the counter so ample kitchen counter space, full size washer and dryer in an enclosed area, having the water heater outside, huge deck with additional storage space, beautiful 2 sink bathroom, huge mirrors, garden tub with sliding glass doors, tons of storage space in the bathroom, walk in closet, huge windows to provide for natural lighting, beautiful view of DTC, open space kitchen design, central A/C and heat. I never hear my neighbors and have never received a noise complaint for loud music. The heated hallway to my apartment in the winter has been a blessing as well. Maintenance always fixes whatever I need within the 48 hours and I feel comfortable and trust each of the different maintenance people that came to the apartment. The pool and hot tube area makes me feel like I am at a five star resort-simply stunning even with gas and charcoal grill and bathrooms and ice water. I really enjoyed the pool party the last two summers. I love that the leasing office provides computers with free internet, fax machine and printer. The free coffee/French vanilla cappuccino machine makes me feel pampered as well. I could not have asked for a better apartment living experience. Thank you Cierra Crest, Thank you!!!
