I have really enjoyed living at Sonata. It is within walking distance from my business, My apartment is located across from the part of Cherry Creek and I can hear the small waterfall that is directly in front of my unit. I have appreciated having a washer/dryer, storage, and a garden tub in my unit. The office and maintenance staff have also been really nice and helpful.

I have lived in my apartment for the past year and a half and I have loved each day. I love the location and the aesthetic of this community; I also love my particular apartment with the large windows, vaulted ceiling, more than adequate storage space and helpful staff. When I am asked to list what I like best about living in Denver, my apartment is always on that list.

Everything from the first time I walked onto the property to view the apartment has been great. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is prompt and professional. They always respond quickly when issues arise. The location can't be beat and it is so nice to be able to come home to a quiet place after a long day at work.

Our leasing agent was very professional and courteous. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and attended to. Overall our experience was great and I would recommend living here to any friend and I have!

Jennifer Hutchison was amazing!! I could not have been more pleased with her commitment to making my entire move in experience hassle free. Given my busy schedule I needed the flexiblity to complete everything either through email or phone and Jennifer made that happen.

This is the best apartment we have ever lived in. The office and maintenance staffs are professional, capable and friendly. The property is in great condition and well-maintained. There is little (if anything) that could be improved.

The office staff and maintenance staff have been excellent. There were a few minor maintenance issues when I moved in and someone came right away to fix it. They also cleaned up after they were done and left a note. I find everyone to be pleasant and professional.

The office staff is very helpful in all situations and address it in a timely manor. At any time something breaks in my apartment, big or small, it has been fixed that day. There was one day when my sink broke and I made the order as the service manager was leaving for the day and he just went right over to my apartment and fixed it. Thank you guys!

I cannot say enough about everyone at Sonata at Cherry Creek. I was treated with the utmost respect from all staff members especially Jen and Toby and the manager, Linda. The maintenance guys especially Manny and Jason are awesome! Friendly and knowledgable. If I have not mentioned anyone by name, it is because I did not meet them in person. To be greeted by name when I walked into the complex office is so terrific! I really appreciated that. Please know that I would still live here if I had not purchased a home. Thank you all so much.

We enjoyed our experience living here very much! We never had a problem with getting issues resolved and the staff was very prompt. Overall we had a great time and would be staying if we didn't have an additional rommate moving in with us in a better location for transit to our jobs.
