We looked long and hard for the 'right' place to stay in Denver and I believe that for all the reasons listed above in question seven, we found it. In addition to the excellent service provided by the staff, the interior of the apartments feel more like a 'home' in terms of logical design and features, quiet environment (included in structure of apartments), and privacy. If I have to relocate, I would consider equity apartments again. Thank you for your service.

Shortly after we moved in they constructed a dog park, an area for dogs to run and play off leash. This was great for us as we have two dogs that love to play. The staff was always friendly and it seemed like they were always improving or maintaining things regularly, unlike the previous community we lived in. It is a shame we have to move out after only 4 months, but a new job offer came along in another state. We would have stayed longer if we could have.

I have been very impressed by the Crescent. Krista, my leasing agent, was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She made me feel warmly welcomed especially since I came from out of state!

Management at the office is GREAT. The Maintenance people are GREAT. Really liked everyone here, and other Equity rental people were very helpful. I never got to know my neighbors. I also wanted a view other than the parking lot, but that's a reality in an apartment community.

Fantastic staff! Maintenance men are VERY friendly and extremely kind! I have never walked by one of them without getting a 'hello' followed by my name! What a great feeling to be personalized in a community. I have had a few mainr=tenance issues and they have fixed the issues in record timing. The front desk people have always been more than nice and pleasant to deal with as well. The grounds are always maintained, this has been a pleasurable living experience for me!

I have lived at the Crescent 2 different times. It is a great complex. The staff is always nice and helpful. Service requests are completed quickly. Great place to live!

I really appreciate Joe the supervisor of maintenance. He has is fairly new to this community and has made a huge difference. I do not have the experience with maintenance staff that I used to. They are now are very courteous, prompt, efficient and friendly. What a difference! Trish in the office is still really great to discuss any issues with. Thanks for Joe and Trish.
