Everyone here has been very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Moving is always difficult, but the staff here really provides a reprieve from all the stress - you just know that any issues with their part of the moving process will be handled smoothly. They are also willing to help in any other areas of the 'process' that they are able.

We love living at Colorado Pointe!! It is such a wonderful, safe community in a great, fun area of town. The office staff is so friendly and our beautiful apartment always feels like home. Thanks!

I just wanted to mention how great all of the staff are - office staff, maintenance staff, security staff, everybody. I feel that they have made an effort to get to know me, and they are always so friendly and helpful! I can't say enough to make my case for how awesome everyone is!

I lived here from 8/09 to 8/10 and had to move out but couldn't wait to move back in. I moved back on 2/11 and couldn't be happier. The staff and amenities of Colorado Pointe are awesome!!! I told/tell everyone how much I loved this place including my new roommate who after moving in agrees completely. Keep up the good work.

Even though my comments on the price increases are meant to be taken seriously, I can honestly say that this is the best apartment community I have lived in. The leasing office and maintenance staff are great, the apartments are beautiful and I really appreciate how pet friendly the community is. If there was an equity community close to my new workplace I would seriously consider a transfer.

The entire staff here is great. If I ever have an issue that I need assistance with, they are always there to help. I did not expect this level of service when I first moved in and it is a welcome change from places that I have lived before.

I have never met a more friendly, helpful, knowledgable group of people in Colorado Pointe. They always called me by first name when I didnt realize they even paid attention to who I was. They made me feel like I was wanted. I truly appreciated that. Thank you.

Staff of office and maintenance is great. Every request I have for something to be fixed is handled withing 24-48 hours, and usually less. GREAT service!
