We absolutely love our new community, and the management staff is wonderful. Moving to Stonegate is one of the best decisions I have made in my 4 years of being a Denver resident!

All staff members associated with my move-in (both Kylie & Susan) were of terrific help in my transition from Washington DC to Colorado. It made the move bearable and the ease with which I was able to sign a lease provided a great weight off of my shoulders. Thank you very much.

This is not my first stay in an equity apartments community. Just as back then the experience so far has been wonderful!! I only left that place years back because it was sold to another community and promptly went downhill. The staff at Stonegate has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, made me feel really at home.

It was imperative for us to have an apartment that was clean and allergen-free and allowed for short term rental, all requirements for our needs. Even though Stonegate is pet friendly, the staff's preparatory work, the special pre move-in cleaning and the attention to request for placement in unit to be previously pet free made our stay, healthwise, successful. The assurance of guarantee for satisfaction on this count was the reason for our choice of Stonegate, and we were not disappointed. Your staff is excellent.

Stonegate is very well maintained. The grounds are clean and look great. The office staff is friendly and resolves issues in a timely matter. The access to online maintenance request are completed quickly which is very satisfying. Overall experience here is good. Parking is a plus here at this community.
