My stay was for 18 months while I started a new job downtown Denver. I'm moving my family now from Minnesota to Colorado, so I have found a house. The location near the light rail, cost, and functional appliances are my top three priorities. Overall, I like it here very much. I was especially satisfied with how quiet the complex is. This was one of my biggest reasons for not choosing other complexes.

We have really enjoyed our time at the Savoy. In particular, the office staff here have been knowledgeable, helpful and attentive to our needs and questions. We were very impressed!

The office staff has been very attentive to our concerns, which is most important during the first month as we discover the eccentricities of the home. We have spoken to the staff regarding security issues, maintenance requests, and payment issues. The staff has been courteous and prompt in addressing each.
