My wife and I are very happy on are new apartment. We like the that is very quite and peacefull. We like that the maintenance crew keep it clean. And the staff on the staff on office are very professional. thanks!

The office staff and maintenance service is excellent. Centrally located to grocery stores, gas stations and additional shopping. Eleven miles fom my place of employment. This is great.

really like my apt and the location is only 6 minutes from my job, office staff is always helpful and maintenance is great!!

I really enjoy the area of the apartments,it is family and pet friendly.I feel comfortable with my children playing outside. The apartment features are great and very spacious.

My time at Equity Apartments has been an enjoyable time. The move-in process was smooth and as long as things continue to go well, I would like to live here for a number of years. I have noticed my neighbors and the complex as a whole is very quiet. That is great!!!

I loved living and being there I wish I could stay have been with equity apartments since 2006 and If I ever get back on my feet and can afford it I will be back with equity You guys have been great!

when i moved in the hot water in the guest shower did not work but when i called the leasing office they had someone come out the same day and fix it. awesome customer service!!!

this apartment gives a feel of HOME rather than just an apartment. The ventilation is nice if you open the windows. nothing bad as such to say about the apartment.

Your office staff is one of the best office staff that I have worked with in my travels with the FAA. This the second time that I have stayed at the Parkfield Apartments and if I come back long term again, I will stay there again. Pass along to the staff a big thank you for a job well done and keep up the good work.
