The maintenance staff is absolutely wonderful. They are quick and efficient at fixing any problem. The new package delivery system is also very convenient. Recieving an email to be notified about a delivery makes things so easy. Thank you Brookside!

My experience has been excellent so far. The staff are professional and courteous, the apartment has all the accommodations I need, the facilities are well maintained. I really couldn't ask for anything more.

The staff of Brookside was fantastic and I am very sad to leave them when I move! They went above and beyond in many cases and were always willing to help.

So far we are loving it here at Brookside! I think we lucked out and moved into a building with quiet neighbors. We are very pleased with all of the staff at Brookside.
