I honestly can think of no way to improve! And, I have lived in quite a few apartments! the staff was always kind, caring, respectful and ready to help! I truly loved my living experience here! And, if it hadn't been for the rent situation, I definitely would not be leaving!

The office and maintenance staff have done an excellent job in communicating and creating a great community at Iron Hors Park. I hope that this level of service and commitment to improve the community and resident satisfaction will continue.

The staff was extremely helpful during move-in. A few days after move-in my bathroom fan stopped working. They responded on that same day and had it fixed. Thanks Equity Residential!

This is a great place to call home

My fiancé and I moved here from Seattle and we had one day to find a place to live. When we came to Iron Horse I was at my wits end after looking at apartment after apartment that were not to my satisfaction. It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders when I met Erika Hood and she began to show us around the complex. She was extremely friendly and took the time to help us find an apartment we loved! By the time we signed the lease it was after 6pm and the office was closed, however Erika went above and beyond to ensure we did not need to look any further!

Erika Hood is the best leasing agent I've ever dealt with in my 10 years of renting! Definitely someone who has made my stay here that much more enjoyable and one of the reasons why I chose to live here.

I have enjoyed living here for the past four years. The pool area is the best place to just relax on a hot Summers day. The location to BART means I can leave the car at home, and I'm close to two International Airports. The downtown is walking distance. The Equity Staff is fabulous, and they are always available whenever your needs arise. Thank you for making living here a pleasure.

Lynn, Mellie and Erika were all incredibly helpful and responsive. I moved here because of the positive experience with the staff that I had at Geary Courtyard, and the staff at Iron Horse were just as exceptional. Please know you have wonderful people working for you.

I thought I had found the perfect place to live for several years! And it really was. I have been totally happy and satisfied with everything about Iron Horse Park, including Lynn and the Management Staff and Jose and the Maintenance Staff. I'm sorry that I have to leave. I wish everyone the best!

My experience had been wonderful. I'm sad to have to move but due to a new job, I'm forced to move to a different location. I'm happy to say that I'll transfer my lease to another Equity property (thanks to the knowledge of the mgt team). I would highly recommend this property to a friend (or even move back here if my job location changes!)

I have had minor problems with the toilet, showerhead, and screens but the maintenance staff had them fixed the following day I filed the complaint. One time, I had even posted the problem at around 2am and still had it fixed after I came back from work at 4pm the same day. Couldn't be happier with the response time
