Helmi, one of the leasing agents (the one who I actually signed up with when I first moved in), has been a constant source of professionalism. Despite the fact that there are dozens of apartments in the community (and a multitude of residents over the time I've lived at Alborada), Helmi always greets me by name, remembers my backstory, and does her best to help with any concerns I have. She is a true asset to the property!

Our apartment community is gated and safe and convenient for walking and/or driving to essential services. The location is beautiful and our office and maintenance staff are knowledgeable while providing excellent customer service.

My husband and I are comfortable with our stay here in Alborada. The office staff are approachable. The maintenance staff are efficient & friendly.

I have enjoyed 2 years in this apartment complex, Greatly appreciated the staff and the maintenance service. If I extend my job here in this area I prefer to Move back into alobrada.

We are very happy with Alborada apartments (Fremont) office staff. All of them, including Laura, Helmi, Billy and Elisha were helping us to make our move-in process smooth and easy. We requested some maintenance support and it was done immediately by Rosario. Very professional team!

quiet community. Good office staff- especially John Derasmo has been excellent in his role. He has been extremely welcoming right from the time we moved in last year and was always around with a smile whenever we needed any assistance. Have seen a lot of office staff but he stands out as the best.

I could not be more please with the property manager Laura Borges and her staff. I worked mostly with Elisa Wright. I was going through a pretty upsetting time and no matter how many times I came back, she was very patient, always answered my questions (over and over) and should me the apartment(s) numerous times. I am sure she wanted to pull her hair out but never reacted that way once. I worked with John and the other lady (can't remember her name, has accent) and they both were extremely nice. I had to have minor maintenance done and Ava was there right on time, fixed the problems and was very personable. Today I dropped by to see about scheduling an appointment to install a ceiling fan and the maintenance person, Mark, said he had time to do it right now! I could not believe it!! I could go on and on but I think you get the message! Have not lived in an apartment in 35 years I got quite a pleasant surprise! Thank all of them very much for me. Laura knows how to run the property!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with my Leasing Associate Helmi. She was friendly and offered to answer all my questions regarding my rental unit. I feel she went above and beyond her duties helping me out during my AT&T UVerse install. Thanks again Helmi. See you around at Alborada!!

I signed a one-year lease, which is up in 4 months, and since my stay at Alborada, I have been very pleased and happy with the property, my apartment unit, and the staff. I look forward to continuing my stay at Alborada. My hopes in going forward is that the cost of living remains within my means. Not only is a comfortable place to live for a number of years is most important to my satisfaction, but also price. They go hand in hand. Thank you for the opportunity to express my thoughts.

It's a great experience living in the Alborada Apartments.My husband and I primarily liked it because of its location, the fixtures and both the office and maintenance staff are attentive to our requests and courteous.We would definitely recommend it to friends.

it was a real nice stay in Alborada for the last 2 years and i would wish to come here. I never had to call office for any complaints about anything, service requests were put online and well taken care of timely, very peaceful and secure.

My kids and I love the place and would expect to return to Alborada someday. Keep the pool neat and tidy and the Sauna jetting. :-)

I love it here. It is so clean and neat and I feel very safe. It's a great living community.
