The staff here is Amazing! This is my first time living in an apartment, and it has been truly wonderful. Everyone is very nice and professional, and SO helpful! I was SO worried that moving from a large home I would hate it, but I am really enjoying the coziness and nice community! Everyone has really made us feel very welcome!

The elevator was not working initially during my move in but the staff did provide us with extra dolly. The staff - especially Derek Mashal and Salvador Vega - have been so helpful as I settled in and had to recuperate after falling and cracking my ribs just prior to my move. Deborah Foust was also great to work with too as she stayed late one night when Bart made me late to pick up my keys and pay deposit.

Office staff were amazing and the facility is very nice. If my company returns me to this area I will certainly rent with Equity again.

I just want to say that Derek, the leasing associate, was the 'difference-maker' for me as I made the choice to live here as i was considering between here and another apartment. He was incredibly professional, but most of all listened to me.

i am previous resident of Legacy here on Galindo. I am so happy to be back1 Great place.Great location and features.Parking spaces are of adequate size(Im not squeezing out my car to avoid hitting the car parked next to mine!).

The staff--both the office and the maintenance staff--have been very helpful. Initially we needed a second key to the apartment on our move-in, and that was taken care of the following morning. Staff also helped solve the difficulty with our garage door opening key. We are also grateful for the prompt and good service of the maintenance staff in the first week of our stay here.

Of all the years I have rented apartments across the United States during active military service, the two Equity apartment complexes I've resided in are hands down better than the rest! Thanks for everything:-)

I moved here because I wanted a modern living space with the amenities that were important to me; and, I found all of them here. It's close to downtown and premium shopping areas, freeway access is great and I feel safe and secure. Of course, there are always some questionable folks in the neighborhood but that can occur any where! For the most part, the staff has been great. I don't have any complaints so far.

Overall, it was a great experience living in the apartment. We loved the location price and all the features the complex had to offer. Our orignal plan was to stay in the complex for about 2 years and than buy a home, but we were able to buy the home soonner than expected. We are very sad to go as it was our very 1st place together and we will never forget our stay. We were also pleased with the friendlyness of the staff and neighbors, although we had little contact with our neighbors when crossing paths in the parking lot, garbage runs, and obtaining our mail, we were greeted with hello's and a little conversation. But overall it was a pleasure living in the complex. I would highly recommend my family and friends to live in this location. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and effort and making our stay with you very memorable.
