This was my best living experience in all 4 years at Cal.

The folks at the office have been amazing. I have never rented from a more customer friendly group. Give them some serious raises, because you never want to lose them.

Aurelia Marchetti really made this a great experience for my family and I. She made us feel very comfortable and really made my parents feel like they are making the right choice. This apartment is excellent, but the rent a little bit high compared to other apartments at berkeley. Overall, I satisfy the living quality I had here. I will definitely choose your company's apartment if I come back for graduated school next year.
